Back in October we babysat the newest member of Gabs' family... Cosby!!

We received a nice thank you note from Gabs for taking care of Cosby.  Her brother sent us one also!  Here's the one from Gabs:

"Is that Abe Lincolnham?" asked Gabs as they watched the opening games of the London Olympics.
"No Gabs, that's not Abraham Lincoln", said her sister, rolling over in laughter!

Shellfish

Gabs recenlty called her sister and brother "shellfish!".

Her mom and sister later figured out that she meant "selfish!".

Daredevil

Hard to believe that the cutie pie in the header picture has gone from the baby pool to this... what a daredevil!!!

Packing for vacation

Do you ever think of plastic grocery bags for vacation in lieu of a suitcase... well Gabs does!

According to her mother, Gabs has at least 10 plastic shopping bags filled in preparation for vacation with us!  Can't wait to see what she has in those bags!!

Gabs wanted me to put a french grenade in her hair this morning... do you think she meant french braid???

{Her Uncle thinks Gabs was asking for exactly what she wanted in a hair style!}

Jello and Peanut Butter

As reported by Gabs' mother:

Gabs just told me that when she eats jello it makes her feel like she's going to throw-up and when she eats peanut butter it makes her feel like a cat.

The Color Wheel

Gabriella had much to say about my purple pastel cell phone cover.

Gabby: Oh, your phone is purple?

Aunt Kate: Yep, is there something wrong with that?

Gabby: Well, that's a spring color, and it's not spring. It's winter. So your phone doesn't match.

Hope she never catches me in white after Labor Day! :-)
